v0.9.0

MinorJune 29, 2026
Latest
  • Real screenshots on every feature card in the home page Key Functionality section — Dimensions, PAG-FA, Save & resume, Permissions, and Publish. No more placeholder previews.
  • Feature card images now anchor to the top-left of their frame, so the relevant content of each screenshot stays visible at narrower viewports instead of being cropped sideways.

v0.8.0

MajorJune 28, 2026
  • New intro video replaces the placeholder image on the welcome modal, About page, and landing hero. Self-hosted (no third-party embeds or tracking); same player config across all three surfaces.
  • PDF reports redesigned from the ground up. The country profile PDF now strips down to country / dimension / indicator / maturity badge — no comparison columns, no chart cards, no chrome. Real print stylesheet with proper A4 margins, colour-fidelity for badges, and per-dimension page-break guards.
  • New dedicated assessment report route accessible from the Sharing Panel's “Export as PDF report”. Renders a clean per-dimension breakdown scoped to the open assessment and auto-fires the print dialog.
  • The New Assessment framework picker redesigned: stacked tiles, full “Public Asset Governance Functional Assessment” name instead of the bare acronym, and a single “More information” link beside the Framework label pointing to a new Frameworks section on the About page.
  • New Frameworks section on the About page explaining what InfraGov 2.0 and PAG-FA each cover, when to run each, and the fact that the two can run independently for the same country in the same fiscal year.
  • Contributors can now edit answers from the dimension summary. Previously they hit a read-only view with no way back to the form once they'd filled every indicator.
  • Footer cleanup — the grid background carries uniformly across the band, and the divider above the copyright line is gone.

v0.7.1

MinorJune 26, 2026
  • Translation completeness sweep — left sidebar, dashboard footer, assessment Visualization page, country profile (including the “X of N dimensions published” line and Download data cluster), New Assessment box, and the Global Visualization chrome are all properly translated now. Maturity badges (the coloured pills) switch to Incipiente / Naciente / Emergente / Avanzado in Spanish across every surface they appear.
  • Assessment delete is now wired up. Only the assessment Owner and platform Admins can delete; the action requires retyping the assessment title to confirm and cascades through every related record (indicators, comments, activity log, team, invitations).
  • Framework toggle on the country profile moved to the right column above the Download data cluster — out of the “Back to global visualization” link's zone.

v0.7.0

MajorJune 25, 2026
  • New Spanish (Español) locale across the entire app. Pick it from the language switcher in the navbar to translate every UI surface, dimension name, indicator question, and maturity-level description.
  • Spanish content is a machine-translated first pass via DeepL with a formal register; methodology terms should be reviewed by a Spanish-speaking PFM/PIM expert before treating any of it as final.
  • New translation pipeline behind the scenes: a single spreadsheet round-trips every user-facing string, so adding French content (or any other language) in future follows the same workflow.

v0.6.0

MajorJune 23, 2026
  • New PAG-FA framework (Public Asset Governance Functional Assessment) sits alongside the InfraGov framework, with its own 8 pillars and 42 indicators. Pick which framework you're running when you create a new assessment.
  • Distinct green palette swaps in across every PAG-FA assessment surface so you always know which framework you're inside. A small framework chip beside the navbar logo confirms it.
  • The Global Visualization navbar entry is now a two-pane menu: pick framework first, then jump straight into a country with published data in that framework.
  • Assessments list gains a framework filter (only shown when both kinds are present) and a per-card framework chip so the two frameworks read at a glance.
  • Cross-links between frameworks: the home page's Card 02 now starts a PAG-FA assessment directly, and country profiles surface a banner pointing to the sibling framework when available.

v0.5.1

MinorJune 22, 2026
  • The InfraGov logo on the Login, About, and Revision Notes pages is now clickable and routes home (Dashboard if signed in, landing page otherwise).
  • Card 01 on the home page now shows the actual Dimensions screenshot instead of a generic dashboard preview.

v0.5.0

MajorJune 21, 2026
  • Multi-user collaboration goes live. Assessment data, indicator entries, comments, collaborators, the activity log, and the unpublish-approval workflow now live in Supabase rather than each user's browser. Your colleagues see your work in real time after a refresh.
  • Authors can now edit and delete their own comments wherever comments appear, with a two-step Delete (Click → “Confirm?” → done) to guard against stray clicks.
  • New per-country fiscal year display: split-year countries (UK 24/25, Japan 25/26, etc.) keep their native label in the New Assessment form while visualization and lists always use the end year so cross-country comparison stays apples-to-apples.
  • The separate Country Data dropdown was folded into Global Visualization — one nav entry shows “Show All Countries” at the top with each published country listed below.
  • Updated dimension names across all 16 dimensions to match the latest methodology copy (sentence case, terminology tightened).
  • PDF exports from a dimension or country profile page now expand every accordion item and drop the sidebar, so the printed document is just the data.
  • Visualization-page dimension picker now shows the dropdown chevron, matching every other select in the app.

v0.4.2

MinorJune 17, 2026
  • Dimension page indicator stepper now has an “Indicators” title and a horizontal carousel of indicator numbers — fewer dropdowns, more direct navigation between indicators.

v0.4.1

MinorJune 15, 2026
  • The Sharing Panel now offers live PDF and CSV exports (replacing the previous embed-link approach).
  • Viewers no longer see comments, but can still export PDF / CSV for the assessments they have access to.
  • Admins can now create new users directly with a password, no email round-trip required.
  • The dashboard footer now sticks to the viewport bottom on short pages instead of floating mid-screen.
  • Login page copy tightened around the access-restricted flow.

v0.4.0

MajorJune 14, 2026
  • New Supabase-backed authentication replaces the seeded login. Real sessions, proper password handling, and a working password-recovery flow.
  • New Forgot Password flow — request a reset link by email, set a new password via the one-time link.
  • New Admin-invite-Owner flow — platform Admins invite Owner accounts by email; Owners then create and run assessments for their country.
  • The New Assessment button is now gated to Admin and Owner roles only. Contributors, Reviewers, and Viewers see the list without the create option.
  • “Forgot password?” link added directly beneath the Sign In button on the login form.

v0.3.0

MajorJune 10, 2026
  • New unpublish approval flow — assessment Owners now submit an unpublish request with a reason, and platform Admins approve or deny via the notifications bell.
  • New Country Data dropdown in the main navigation for quick access to any country with published dimensions.
  • Country profile dimension chart redesigned with a fixed-slot polar layout and an on-demand hover popup showing the dimension name, country, and maturity level.
  • The per-dimension breakdown on country profiles is collapsible again, with the first published dimension open by default.
  • Maturity values now display as whole numbers across every surface, and all maturity badges share a consistent white-on-colour style.
  • New InfraGov 2.0 Dashboard wordmark replaces the placeholder logo across every header.
  • Welcome modal refreshed with new copy and a hero image.

v0.2.1

MinorJune 7, 2026
  • The Methodology page is now About This Tool, restructured as a tabbed knowledge base covering maturity, assessments, publishing, roles, comparisons, downloads, and feedback.
  • Welcome modal redesigned as a single screen with the intro video, supporting text, and a direct link into the relevant section of About This Tool.
  • Layout refinements across the About This Tool page and the Maturity Benchmark cards.

v0.2.0

MajorJune 6, 2026
  • New maturity-level colour palette — a blue (Incipient) through teal to green (Advanced) hue scale.
  • Fiscal year handling simplified to a single end-year shown consistently across the app.
  • Creating a new assessment is now anchored on a single Reporting Fiscal Year, with the title derived automatically.
  • Global dashboard always uses each country's most recent published assessment; per-dimension data is labelled with its source fiscal year for traceability.
  • New Download data cluster on country profiles — PDF export and Excel-compatible CSV with proper accent handling.
  • Key Respondents dropdown rescoped per-country, with an explicit “Add new respondent” action.
  • Comparison gaps are flagged with an amber notice when the comparison country hasn't published a dimension.

v0.1.0

MajorJune 4, 2026
  • Terminology updated: “Score” renamed to “Maturity Level” across every user-facing surface in both English and French.
  • Maturity Benchmark question redesigned as a 4-card picker with definitions visible inline.
  • New welcome modal on first login, re-openable from the navbar help button.
  • Completed dimensions now show a read-only summary view that stays in place after publishing; published dimensions are locked from edits until explicitly unpublished.
  • Country page comparison: pick a comparison country and switch between Text and Chart views.
  • Global dashboard restructured around a countries dropdown with the chart spanning the full content width.
  • Assessment visualization redesigned around a published-dimensions selector and a full-width chart card.
